Prospective Students
Remember that
all classes, workshops and seminars on this site are free. There is
absolutely no cost or obligation, so you can leave your wallet at home!
No solicitation of
any kind is allowed during these classes. The classroom is a safe environment
for our students, and if you are a lender, realtor or an industry professional
attempting to solicit or disrupt, you will be asked to leave immediately. No
sales presentations or high-pressure tactics will be tolerated. After the
class has ended, the contributing instructors may pass out his/her business
cards to those students who request it, but there is no requirement for
any student to utilize the professional services of any contributing instructor.
If you have never
purchased real estate before, it is recommended that you start by taking the
FREE Home Buyer Workshop held
in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties.

principles taught in this class are rarely, truly understood.
