This workshop will eliminate that. And yes, we will discuss State Bonds Grants, Tax Rebates and Down payment Assistance programs.

PRE-CLASS PREPARATION

All of our classes are free and because of this, some people abuse it. Be courteous. If you can not attend, call our seminar coordinator immediately at 1-877-IGotSmart, or e-mail us at seminarcoordinator@WashingtonHousingEducation.com  This simple courtesy eliminates a tremendous amount of problems for us and frees up a seat for someone else. Thank you.

  1. Bring writing materials. Audio or video recorders are prohibited.
  2. Bring a list of questions you want answered.
  3. Bring at least one real estate magazine. They are free at most grocery stores.
  4. Bring a sack lunch if you are attending a class lasting at least 4 hours.
  5. If you have a third party influence like a parent, friend in the construction business, or anyone else who will be assisting you during the buying process, they should attend this class with you. (Except for real estate agents, contractors or lenders)
  6. Your instructors are available for personal consultations or planning meetings ONLY after you've attended your class.
  7. Respectfully, if you are a real estate agent, lender or industry professional, please do not occupy seats intended for legitimate students.
