Description: Since 1999 Washington Housing Education has sponsored free educational home buying classes to the general public at local libraries and fire stations. These free or low cost classes teach basic real estate principles including how to obtain special loans using state bond allocations, conventional down payment assistance programs and other available resources, including the buying process from A-Z. Our reward is assisting people in achieving the American dream of owning their own home.

The National Heritage Foundation will provide you with a charitable receipt of your donation when you donate $250 or more (in accordance with IRS regulations). For donations less than $250, you may use your billing statement. If you receive something of value in return for this donation, it will not be tax-deductible.
